**Job Title**
TCE Project Manager (All‑Trades Project Manager)
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end management of all‑trades construction projects (new build, renovation, rehabilitation, extensions). From client development and bid preparation to execution, delivery, and after‑sales service, ensure technical quality, schedule, cost, and safety standards while maintaining client satisfaction.
**Expectations**
- Manage several concurrent projects with precision, autonomy, and structured client support.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration to achieve high service quality.
- Resolve complex technical or financial issues swiftly and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate diplomatically with clients and contractors, protecting company and client interests.
- Respond proactively to unforeseen events, maintaining high client satisfaction and project performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect and grow a portfolio of construction opportunities.
- Analyse client requirements (technical, budget, schedule, constraints) and translate them into commercial proposals.
- Lead the assembly of project dossiers, including technical specifications and cost estimates.
- Participate in supplier consultations, evaluate bids, and negotiate commercial and technical terms.
- Prepare and secure contract agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Design and monitor project plans (including TCE syntheses), coordinating on‑site execution and resource allocation.
- Conduct and chair site meetings, oversee technical performance, and enforce quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Manage change orders and associated contractual implications.
- Monitor budget, invoicing, and payment cycles; conduct financial tracking and reporting.
- Oversee project handover, resolution of defects (SAV), and post‑occupancy support.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in reading architectural and engineering drawings; understanding of interface and lot coordination.
- Strong grasp of all-trades construction processes and regulations.
- Expertise in bid analysis, contract management, and negotiation.
- Operational leadership, organized planning, autonomous execution.
- Competence in Microsoft Project and other digital project‑management tools.
- Excellent communication, team coordination, and client‑relationship skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and translate them into actionable plans.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Degree in Construction Engineering (BTS, DUT, Licence, or equivalent engineering school) **or** equivalent professional experience in all‑trades project management.
- Class B driving licence (mandatory for travel across departments).
