**Job Title:** Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:** Own and execute end‑to‑end marketing operations for a B2B SaaS digital pathology solution, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and product adoption across digital channels, events, and content.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable impact through continuous optimization of campaigns, website, and social media.
- Manage multi‑disciplinary projects with minimal delegation, mentoring interns.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, and customer success to align messaging and positioning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee website strategy: UX, performance, SEO, and landing‑page conversion optimization.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting) and analyze results to drive ROI.
- Lead event marketing: pre‑event promotion, onsite execution, post‑event follow‑up, and KPI tracking.
- Execute social media strategy, create original visual and written content, and track engagement metrics.
- Produce and edit video assets (short‑form, product, event) ensuring brand consistency.
- Operate HubSpot Marketing Hub – campaigns, workflows, reporting, and budget tracking.
- Onboard, coach, and manage marketing interns, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
**Required Skills:**
- Bilingual English & French (written & spoken).
- 5+ years in a hands‑on Marketing Manager role within B2B SaaS, IT, or scientific tech.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects/Premiere a plus).
- Deep knowledge of website performance, SEO, conversion optimization, and online advertising.
- Strong written copywriting in both languages; excellent storytelling and motion‑design skills.
- Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub and analytics tools; ability to translate data into actions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to mentor and guide interns while maintaining project momentum.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience marketing complex or technical solutions in regulated or life‑science markets is a plus.
