Scope
As the Marketing Manager, you will own and execute our marketing engine end-to-end.
This role is execution-heavy, fast-paced, and multi-disciplinary. You will plan, create, launch, optimize, measure — and then do it again.
You will personally produce content, manage platforms, optimize performance, and drive measurable impact across digital, events, and campaigns.
Missions
1-Website & Performance Marketing
Own website management and optimization (UX, performance, SEO)
Create and optimize landing pages for conversion
Monitor and improve:
Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting)
Translate analytics into concrete actions and improvements
2-Events & Conferences
Plan and execute marketing for conferences and events (before, during, after)
Manage logistics, collateral, messaging, and post-event follow-up
Coordinate digital amplification (social, email, website updates)
Define and track event KPIs
3-Social Media & Community
Own social media planning and execution
Create original visual and written content
Adapt messaging by audience and channel
Track performance and continuously optimize
4-Design, Video & Creative Production
Create visuals, graphics, and layouts across formats:
Produce and edit videos (short-form, product, event, social)
Ensure strong visual consistency and brand quality
5-Marketing Operations & Tools
Own and operate HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, email, social media posts, workflows, reporting)
Manage marketing budgets and track ROI
Monitor KPIs and report on performance
6-Intern Onboarding & Team Contribution
Onboard, guide, and oversee marketing interns
Provide clear direction, structure, and feedback to interns
Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of intern contributions
Foster a collaborative, supportive, and professional team environment
Act as a reliable team player, contributing positively to cross-functional collaboration
Hard and soft skills
Fully bilingual English & French (written and spoken)
Proven experience in a hands-on Marketing Manager role
Strong graphic design skills (mandatory)
Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects/Premiere a plus) and HubSpot Marketing Hub
Strong understanding of:
Website performance and optimization
SEO fundamentals and monitoring
Conversion optimization
Online advertising
Excellent writing skills in both languages
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience in B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or tech environments, video storytelling and motion design skills and familiarity with analytics tools (HubSpot reporting would be appreciated.
A resourceful, hands-on doer with a positive, collaborative disposition
Comfortable personally executing most marketing activities, with limited delegation (primarily to interns)
Highly organized, proactive, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
A strong team player who contributes positively and supports others
Able to guide and support interns while maintaining high quality and momentum
Focused on outcomes, quality, and continuous improvement
Education and work experience
Master’s degree (Master 2) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent professional experience
5 years of hands-on marketing experience in B2B technology, IT, SaaS, or scientific environments. Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated markets a plus,
Proven experience marketing complex or technical solutions
Fully bilingual English & French (written and spoken)
