Key Responsibilities - Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and inbound marketing activities. - Manage the entire sales cycle from introduction to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility. - Develop customized proposals and presentations aligning client needs with Serve Legal’s compliance offerings. - Build and sustain long‑term partnerships with key industry stakeholders. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline status. Required Skills - Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years) in legal or regulatory services, ideally age‑verification or mystery shopping. - Strong account management and client relationship management capabilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. - Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field. - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person, or equivalent). - Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry best practices is highly desirable.
