Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Quality Assurance Specialist **Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies for Salesforce, web, and enterprise systems. Ensure delivery of high‑quality, secure, and accessible digital services aligned with Ontario Public Sector standards, including accessibility (AODA), vulnerability, and user acceptance testing (UAT). **Expectations:** - 8+ years of QA analysis experience, with 1–2 years focused on Salesforce Public Sector Foundation testing. - Proven ability to develop test cases, scripts, scenarios, and data requirements for manual testing. - Strong knowledge of Ontario Digital Service Standard, Service Design Playbook, and Digital First Assessment methodology. - Experience in Agile Scrum environments; proficient with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Project, and Miro. - Capable of leading testing teams and conducting knowledge transfer. **Key Responsibilities:** - Advise on testing strategy, tools, and resource allocation. - Create and maintain test plans, scripts, and test data for GUI and non‑GUI environments. - Perform functional, integration, regression, unit, accessibility, and vulnerability testing. - Lead UAT sessions, coordinating with IT leads, project teams, and stakeholders. - Log defects, track resolution progress, and report status to project leads and management. - Document and transfer all deliverables, artefacts, and knowledge to Ministry staff. **Required Skills:** - Advanced manual testing and QA analysis expertise. - Salesforce UI and backend testing proficiency. - Agile Scrum methodology, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Project, and Miro. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership. - Accessibility (AODA) and vulnerability testing knowledge. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred). - ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is an advantage.
