Job Description
**Job Title** Office Manager / Personal Assistant **Role Summary** Provide high‑level executive support to the CEO and oversee day‑to‑day operations of two London offices. Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and communicative flow while coordinating office set‑up, relocation, and cross‑functional projects. **Expectations** * Deliver seamless support for senior leadership within a fast‑growing international fashion and apparel manufacturing environment. * Maintain professional confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational efficiencies across two sites. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Executive Support** - Manage dual time‑zone CEO diary, appointments, meetings, and internal/external communications. - Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and briefing documents. - Act as gatekeeper, controlling information flow to senior leadership. - Organise travel, accommodation, and related arrangements. 2. **Office Management & Operations** - Supervise daily functions of two London offices; oversee office set‑up and relocation logistics. - Liaise with building management, suppliers, and external partners; monitor office budgets and expenses. - Review supplier contracts, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure facility and supply upkeep. 3. **Project & Business Support** - Assist senior leadership on cross‑functional projects and growth initiatives. - Coordinate company events, team meetings, and offsite activities. - Serve as liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders. 4. **Team Support** - Supervise and develop office administrative staff as required. - Foster a professional, collaborative office environment. **Required Skills** * 5+ years of PA and/or Office Management experience, supporting C‑suite or senior executives. * Advanced diary management across multiple time zones. * Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities; exceptional attention to detail. * Professional handling of confidential information; discretion. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Commercial awareness, sound judgement, and problem‑solving ability. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience with office relocations or multi‑site operations preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** * Minimum: High‑school diploma or equivalent. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred (not mandatory). * No specific professional certifications required.
