Job Description
**Job Title:** Supply Chain Manager **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end demand and supply planning for DTC and B2B channels, own monthly S&OP cycles, manage contract manufacturers and vendors, and provide inventory and financial visibility. Reports to VP of Operations and supervises one Buyer/Planner. **Expectations (Performance Metrics):** - Demand plan accuracy & forecast bias (month‑over‑month) - Production plan adherence to approved supply plan - Supplier schedule adherence (contract manufacturers & key vendors) - Inventory days‑on‑hand vs. target by product family - Purchase order on‑time delivery rate - Complete all five S&OP steps on monthly cadence **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain monthly unconstrained demand plan using statistical models and sales input. - Run MPS/MRP in NetSuite each cycle; resolve gaps, approve supply plan, and publish results. - Facilitate monthly S&OP Demand Review and Supply Review meetings. - Produce weekly demand/supply health dashboards for leadership. - Maintain NetSuite planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, reorder points). - Manage contract manufacturers: capacity planning, quality escalations, lead‑time negotiations. - Manage packaging/component vendors: MOQ, pricing, on‑time delivery. - Review and approve purchase orders; escalate supply risks. - Coordinate inbound logistics (freight forwarders, customs, carrier routing). - Set inventory targets, monitor days‑on‑hand, flag excess or slow‑moving stock. - Partner with Finance to align demand plan with revenue, COGS, and working capital. - Support S&OP reconciliation and ensure alignment with financial plan before executive review. - Drive NetSuite planning competency across the organization and support data‑quality initiatives. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years demand/supply planning or supply chain management in consumer products. - Hands‑on experience with NetSuite MPS/MRP (or comparable ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics). - Proven ownership of monthly S&OP process. - Contract manufacturing management (lead times, MOQs, capacity). - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, INDEX‑MATCH, scenario modeling). - Ability to manage large SKU portfolio (≈300 assemblies). - Strong cross‑functional collaboration (Sales, Finance, Marketing). **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with dual‑channel (DTC & B2B) demand patterns. - Knowledge of statistical forecasting or BI tools beyond Excel. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field. - Preferred: APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
