**Job Title** Sales Operations Coordinator **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end sales administration and support for UK and international B2B sales, ensuring accurate order processing, invoicing, and data management. Act as the first point of contact for customer order issues, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver reports that drive sales performance. **Expactations** - Proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong numerical and analytical abilities. - Works collaboratively with sales, marketing, warehouse, and export teams. - Maintains high standards of communication, problem‑solving, and customer service. - Balances multiple priorities, adheres to established procedures, and proposes practical solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Process UK B2B and international distributor sales orders, ensuring timely delivery. - Resolve customer order‑related problems and serve as the primary point of contact. - Generate and process sales, marketing retainer, and invoice documents. - Update pricing and customer data in ERP systems to maintain accurate invoicing and reporting. - Prepare reporting insights to support sales decision‑making. - Work with Credit Control to manage accounts and minimize overdue balances. - Deputise for the Sales Operations Manager as required. - Perform ad‑hoc administration duties across the sales operations function. **Required Skills** - Fluency in English (written and spoken). - Strong numerical and analytical skills. - Proficient in SAP and FRONT (or equivalent ERP/CRM systems). - Experience with managing customer portals (e.g., Amazon Seller Central). - Excellent communication, organisational and commercial awareness for B2B sales. - Ability to problem‑solve, exercise sound judgement, and remain self‑motivated. - Cultural sensitivity and teamwork orientation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in sales administration, logistics, or operations. - SAP training/completion certification preferred.
