Marketing Lead, E‑Commerce Growth
**Role Summary:**
Owns and executes integrated marketing strategy for a multi‑brand portfolio, driving sustainable e‑commerce growth through content, packaging, social, CRM, and off‑platform performance marketing. Collaborates closely with Brand Managers and BU leadership to translate brand vision into coherent, data‑driven campaigns across Amazon, DTC channels, and national retailers.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver measurable increases in traffic, conversion, and LTV.
- Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Lead a cross‑functional team (content, design, social, CRM) and partner with internal agency.
- Use analytics to refine strategies and optimize channel spend.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and refine brand strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworks with Brand Managers and BU Director.
- Translate brand vision into creative guidelines, packaging design, and channel‑specific execution.
- Lead content, creative, and social media production for web, social, and digital platforms.
- Manage lifecycle marketing (email, SMS) with internal agency to drive repeat purchases and retention.
- Oversee off‑Amazon performance media strategy (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), aligning creative and budgets with commercial priorities.
- Collaborate with NPD and Brand teams to ensure consistency in product naming, claims, and on‑pack communication.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet KPIs.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–5 years of e‑commerce/DTC marketing experience, with a proven track record of translating strategy into results.
- Strong brand and visual design acumen; ability to brief and evaluate creatives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools and performance metrics.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Familiarity with AI/digital tools to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Multi‑brand portfolio experience; knowledge of beauty, wellness, food, or consumer goods markets.
- Experience with Amazon or omnichannel marketing strategies.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: Digital Marketing, E‑Commerce, or Data Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint).
