About The Role

The Marketing Lead, Content & Growth is responsible for shaping and executing the content strategy across the entire portfolio with a strong focus on driving sustainable e-commerce growth. You’ll play an integral role in ensuring the brand’s identity and vision is reflected in all touchpoints with the consumer and contribute to the success of a BU consisting of a diverse range of brands. You will work closely with the Brand Manager(s) and the BU Director to translate brand identity and growth strategy into actionable, effective content campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring consumer insights and strategic brand objectives to life. You’ll be responsible for driving content initiatives from strategic planning to execution, with an emphasis on performance, consistency, and market relevance.

What You'll Do

Brand Content Strategy Collaboration & Execution:
Work closely with the Brand Manager(s) and BU Director to define and refine brand content strategy.
Translate the agreed brand identity into clear messaging frameworks, creative guidelines, and channel-specific execution principles.
Ensure brand consistency and coherence across all consumer touchpoints, including packaging, content, and off-platform channels.
Content & Creative Leadership:
Lead content and creative execution across channels, including social media, website, and digital platforms.
Manage and oversee a team of 3 consisting of content specialists and graphic designers.
Packaging & Product Storytelling:
Oversee packaging design and execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and product messaging.
Collaborate with New Product Development (NPD) and Brand teams to ensure consistency in product naming, claims, and on-pack communication.
Performance Marketing (Off-Amazon): Ensure creative and messaging align with brand positioning and commercial priorities.

What You Are

3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.
Strong sensitivity to brand, design, and visual coherence, with the ability to brief creatives and evaluate output against brand guidelines.
Strong analytical mindset, with an ability to leverage data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders in a matrix organization
Comfort with AI tools and other digital technologies to optimize marketing efforts
Multi-brand portfolio experience.
