**Job Title** Marketing Operations & CRM Coordinator **Role Summary** Coordinate the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM and marketing automation strategies to support sales pipeline growth. Manage data integrity, lead tracking, and integration of digital marketing platforms with CRM systems. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, segmented CRM data with high integrity. - Optimize lead pipelines and marketing automation to meet sales goals. - Provide timely, actionable analytics and insights across paid and organic channels. - Maintain consistent data entry and lead tracking discipline. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to meet project deadlines and align marketing efforts with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and segmentation across all CRM systems. - Track lead sources, engagement, and conversion performance. - Optimize lead pipelines and integrate CRM with digital marketing platforms (e.g., email, paid media). - Assist in paid marketing campaigns and performance analytics. - Use CRM tools for audience management, segmentation, and personalization. - Ensure consistent lead tracking and proper data entry. - Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams to manage project timelines and deliver analytics. - Stay current with industry trends and recommend growth opportunities. **Required Skills** - Proficient in Salesforce and Pipedrive. - Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and paid media tagging (Google Ads). - Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret funnel metrics. - Excellent data governance and data entry discipline. - Effective communication and cross‑team collaboration. - Knowledge of CRM and digital marketing concepts and best practices. - High integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in CRM marketing, analytics, or digital marketing roles. - Certifications in Salesforce, Google Analytics, or Google Ads are a plus.
