**Job Title** Sales Development Representative **Role Summary** Part‑time, 3‑month contract focused on identifying and qualifying leads for a tech‑driven retail media platform. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold outreach, solution mapping, calendar management, and rapid product learning to support sales and marketing initiatives. **Expectations** - Generate qualified leads that meet pipeline criteria. - Meet or exceed monthly lead‑generation targets. - Maintain accurate activity records in CRM. - Provide timely insight on prospect feedback to product and marketing teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect potential clients through database research, social selling, and industry events. - Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns; conduct cold calls and personalized emails. - Map prospects’ pain points to product capabilities and articulate value propositions. - Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives. - Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to refine messaging and campaign messaging. - Continuously learn product details, market trends, and competitive positioning. **Required Skills** - Inside sales or lead‑generation experience (or strong willingness to learn). - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Proven ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders. - Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable with cold calling. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑changing environment. - Knowledge of retail media, advertising, technology or AI sectors is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current university student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent). - No mandatory certifications, but exposure to sales tools (CRM, prospecting software) is desirable.
