Job Title Founding Account Executive Role Summary Establish and scale the commercial engine for a high‑growth SaaS platform. Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and directly influence the company's go‑to‑market strategy and sales organization design in collaboration with the CEO. Expectations - Build an enterprise pipeline from zero and secure new logos at a rapid pace. - Deliver a high volume of qualified prospects, demos, negotiations and close rates that meet or exceed revenue targets. - Shape and iterate the GTM playbook, ICP definitions, and sales processes based on market feedback. Key Responsibilities - Prospect, qualify, and engage potential enterprise clients across EMEA. - Conduct product demos, lead sales negotiations, and close multi‑stakeholder deals. - Owner of the entire sales funnel: pipeline management, forecasting, and closing. - Create and refine outbound messaging, pitch decks, and objection handling scripts. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to inform messaging and product road‑map. - Provide insights to senior leadership on market trends and competitor activity. - Contribute to building and scaling the sales organization, including hiring and training future hires. Required Skills - 5+ years in senior enterprise B2B SaaS account executive role with proven track record of landing logos. - Strong outbound prospecting expertise and experience building a pipeline from scratch. - Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi‑party deals with C‑level stakeholders. - CRM discipline; proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent system. - Builder mindset: high ownership, low ego, iterative and data‑driven. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Bonus: prior experience selling into marketing, digital, product, or community teams. Required Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. No mandatory certifications stated.
