Mor Search has partnered with a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company transforming how global brands build and monetise digital communities.

Backed by leading angels and already trusted by major gaming publishers, global consumer brands and top-tier music labels, the business has grown 6x in three years — and they’re just getting started.

They’re now hiring 2 Founding AEs to help build and scale the commercial engine.

Why This Role?

This isn’t a “slot into a system” AE role.

This is:

Building pipeline from zero
Winning new enterprise logos
Shaping the GTM playbook
Working directly with the CEO
Influencing how the sales org is built

You’ll own the full cycle: prospect → qualify → demo → negotiate → close.

You’ll experiment, refine messaging, test ICPs, and help define what “repeatable” looks like.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years (flexible) in Enterprise / Senior AE within B2B SaaS
A real track record of landing enterprise logos
Confidence running outbound and building your own pipeline
Comfort closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
CRM discipline (HubSpot helpful)
A builder mindset — high ownership, low ego

Bonus if you’ve sold into marketing, digital, product or community teams.
