Job Title: Wholesale Account Executive
Job Description: Job Title: Wholesale Account Executive Role Summary: Drive growth of a leading beauty/fragrance brand’s wholesale channel in France through strategic account acquisition, partnership management, and in‑store activation, collaborating with merchandising, planning and marketing teams. Expectations: Deliver measurable expansion of brand placement and sales, secure new wholesale agreements, maintain profitability, and provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute a wholesale channel development plan aligned with brand strategy. - Identify, negotiate and secure retail space with department stores, specialty retailers and niche accounts. - Build tailored assortments, seasonal activation strategies and co‑opt advertising agreements. - Monitor weekly sales, sell‑through and inventory KPIs; recommend actions to maximize ROI. - Prepare and present business results to senior management. - Conduct store visits to manage replenishment, provide brand training and collect customer feedback. - Translate market trends into actionable growth opportunities. - Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and pursue new opportunities. Required Skills: - 8+ years wholesale, sales, business development or brand management in beauty/fragrance. - Proven network and experience driving results in French department and specialty stores. - Strong negotiation, analytical and reporting capabilities. - Deep knowledge of retail math, Open‑to‑Buy, wholesale P&L, and in‑store metrics. - Entrepreneurial, proactive and results‑oriented mindset. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. - Proficient with MS Office and ability to learn new software. - Willingness to travel. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or related field.
