**Job Title:** Trade Marketing Executive **Role Summary:** Lead and coordinate international trade marketing initiatives, ensuring brand compliance and strategic alignment across regions. Collaborate with global and regional teams to execute campaigns, manage marketing platforms, and optimize engagement with travel partners and sales teams. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 years in marketing experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications (or equivalent). - Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional project management and supplier coordination. - Proficiency in collateral creation, copywriting, and proofing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute trade marketing strategies globally, including advertising and event coordination. - Oversee end-to-end project execution (concept, production, delivery) while ensuring timeliness and budget adherence. - Maintain reporting systems and propose efficiency improvements. - Update and manage internal/external marketing platforms (e.g., portals, training tools). - Produce promotional materials, review sales team requests, and collaborate with third-party vendors for fulfillment. - Organize international trade events, ensuring cohesive marketing support across all touchpoints. - Attend regional marketing/sales meetings and reinforce brand guidelines in all communications. **Required Skills:** - Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading capabilities. - Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Relationship-building with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications. - Experience briefing suppliers and managing cross-functional vendor relationships. - Proven track record in collateral development (copywriting, production).
