JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with global marketing teams and international sales team – as well as external vendors – to assist in defining project requirements, maximising results, and achieving business objectives. Execute trade marketing initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring brand compliance, message alignment, and measurable impact. Assist in maintaining and continuously enhancing the marketing platform for travel partners, evolving collateral, tools, and strategies to strengthen engagement and drive sales.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and execute the trade marketing schedule and strategy for all international regions including trade advertising.
Assist in executing all trade marketing projects end-to-end from concept to execution, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and budget alignment.
Update and manage the Trade Marketing reporting and making recommendations to support efficiencies.
Identify and suggest opportunities to strengthen support for the travel partners and sales teams.
Ensure that the trade marketing manager has everything needed to keep both the sales team and trade partners informed of upcoming campaigns including all asset production.
Produce, coordinate and deploy all trade communications.
Ensure that trade platforms (marketing portal/ training platform/ Oceania Insider Connect) are accurate and kept up-to-date.
Produce all printed marketing materials/promotional items and coordinating with third-party fulfillment partners to ensure timely availability.
Review and execute marketing requests from sales team – ensuing that these are produced accurately and on time.
Organisation and deliver national and international trade events, ensuring required marketing support is provided and delivered in a timely manner across all touch points, from set up, right through to post-event reporting.
Take part in all key regional marketing and sales meetings.
Champion the Oceania Cruises brand by ensuring all engagement activities, both internally and externally, reflect the brand guidelines.
Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE:

Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:

Marketing/ Communications

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years marketing experience
University degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or Communications
Experience of working with and briefing multiple internal and external suppliers
Experience of collateral creation (copy writing, proofing and production)

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

Exceptional attention to detail with meticulous proofreading and fact-checking skills.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated; able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Committed to flawless execution and quality assurance of all marketing collateral.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organized with strong project management skills and a results-driven work ethic.

Bonus: 10 days’ Appreciation Bonus – payable in December. This bonus is non-contractual.
