**Job Title:** IT Support Specialist
**Role Summary:** Acts as the primary local point‑of‑contact for all IT requests, ensuring business needs are captured, coordinated, and resolved following global IT standards. Supports end‑users, manages local IT assets, oversees purchasing and vendor relationships, and executes small‑scale IT projects.
**Expectations:** Minimum 3 years in a similar role, advanced degree in Information Systems (Bac + 5), professional English (C1 or higher), strong communication, service orientation, and autonomous project management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive, analyze, and qualify local IT requests, escalating to global IT teams as appropriate.
- Deliver end‑user support for PCs, mobiles, peripherals, and local software tools.
- Utilize ticketing systems (ServiceNow) to track, prioritize, and resolve incidents and requests.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment: provisioning, distribution, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Coordinate with telecom and hardware suppliers; plan and execute small IT projects within defined scope.
- Handle IT procurement activities: RFQ creation, order processing, invoice verification, and vendor performance monitoring.
- Conduct continuous technology surveillance to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, user experience, and cost‑effectiveness.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Intune, and MDM.
- Familiarity with Azure services (preferred).
- Strong ticketing and incident management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder coordination.
- Analytical thinking, prioritisation, and independent project execution.
- Relationship building and service‑oriented mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Information Systems or related field.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundations, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are an advantage but not mandatory.
