**Job Title:** Sales & Marketing and Growth Executive **Role Summary:** Proactive professional responsible for driving revenue growth and brand visibility of an immersive technology company. Works closely with senior management to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, generate leads, nurture client relationships, and support overall commercial activities. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly sales and pipeline targets. - Deliver consistent lead generation and conversion across assigned sectors. - Produce regular performance reports and market insights. - Maintain accurate CRM data and coordinate timely client engagements. - Contribute to brand positioning through coordinated marketing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement sector‑specific sales strategies. - Research, prospect, and outreach to potential clients and partners via LinkedIn, email, events, and networking. - Qualify leads, prepare proposals, and support client presentations. - Schedule and conduct product demos and follow‑up activities. - Manage sales pipeline and update CRM systems daily. - Coordinate marketing campaigns, social‑media (LinkedIn) content, and event promotions. - Compile sales forecasts, reports, and competitive market analyses. - Assist with ad‑hoc business development tasks as required. **Required Skills:** - Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal abilities. - Proven experience in B2B sales and lead generation. - Proficiency with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Ability to create engaging marketing and social‑media content. - Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. - Strong analytical skills for reporting and market research. - Interest in emerging technologies, VR/AR, and startup ecosystems. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Sales, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing) are a plus but not mandatory.
