Drive end‑to‑end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, acting as a trusted advisor to large UK businesses. **Expectations:** - Consistently generate and close high‑value deals in the specified service areas. - Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual profit targets set by the Corporate Sales division. - Build and nurture strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, from operational teams to board‑level executives. - Mentor junior sales staff and model best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and convert new logo accounts aligned with targeted customer profiles. - Create tailored proposals that translate corporate strategy into measurable ROI. - Present solutions to diverse audiences, including technical and executive stakeholders. - Manage complex project opportunities, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations. - Collaborate with technical architects to design scalable, compliant solutions. - Track and report sales metrics, adjusting tactics to meet targets. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, enterprise architecture, and competitor offerings. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within telecoms or related ICT services. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. - Excellent communication and active‑listening abilities. - Numeracy and literacy with strong analytical aptitude. - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities under pressure. - Experience in mentoring or coaching a sales team. - Creative mindset to develop and execute new business strategies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, CCNP) considered an advantage but not mandatory.
