Job Title: Chief Operating Officer Role Summary: Senior leader responsible for overseeing operational efficiency, strategic execution, and cross-functional alignment to drive business performance, profitability, and customer outcomes. Partners with the CEO to translate organizational vision into disciplined operations and scalable processes. Expactations: Achieve consistent operational performance, foster team accountability, implement scalable processes, resolve cross-functional conflicts, align departmental goals with strategic priorities, and ensure financial and compliance accountability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead leadership team and department heads to drive organizational goals. - Develop and maintain performance dashboards and strategic execution frameworks. - Resolve root causes of operational issues and streamline cross-functional collaboration. - Design and standardize internal processes, training, and compliance protocols. - Oversee day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and project risk management. - Own P&L outcomes, collaborate on financial planning and talent strategies. - Align operations with sales and marketing growth initiatives. - Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and service delivery. Required Skills: - 10+ years leading operations in professional services or technology firms. - Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and process optimization. - Proven ability to build operating rhythms, performance systems, and cross-functional processes. - Strong leadership skills: coaching, conflict resolution, and change leadership. - Data-driven decision-making with financial statement literacy. - Excellent communication, public speaking, and leadership communication. - Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and Microsoft Office.
