**Job Title:** Sales Business Development and Account Manager (Recruitment) **Role Summary:** Drive client acquisition and manage ongoing recruitment relationships for a boutique firm. Lead end‑to‑end sales cycle, from identifying prospects to negotiating service agreements, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients. **Expectations:** - Unlimited 100 % commission‑based earnings. - Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified client leads. - Close deals and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. - Sustain high client satisfaction and repeat business. - Operate fully remote with independent schedule management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, target and approach potential clients across diverse industries. - Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business; conduct market research to spot recruitment trends. - Build and nurture a strong pipeline via networking, cold outreach and referrals. - Serve as primary client contact, delivering consultative recruitment advice. - Negotiate terms, finalize agreements and close deals. - Maintain long‑term relationships to drive repeat business. - Tailor recruitment solutions to specific client needs and manage expectations. - Keep accurate records of interactions, negotiations and agreements. - Generate regular sales activity reports and track progress. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales or account‑management experience, preferably in recruitment or staffing. - Strong business‑development and negotiation capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills. - Ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders. - High motivation, results‑oriented, and self‑directed. - Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented, and adept at recordkeeping. - Comfortable working remotely with digital collaboration tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, marketing or related field. - Any sales or recruitment certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
