Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist
Role Summary: Own and execute day‑to‑day marketing programs that deliver consistent content, event support, paid media performance, and integrated campaigns, generating measurable pipeline impact across all channels.
Expectations: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and leadership to create campaigns that align with business priorities, deliver on time, stay within budget, and keep messaging consistent across web, email, LinkedIn, and sales enablement. Track performance through UTM and attribution, improve lead quality, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage editorial calendar and weekly content workflow with internal SMEs and contractors.
- Oversee third‑party event planning, sponsorship assets, booth setup, collateral, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Lead paid digital programs (LinkedIn, Google, etc.), creating briefs, targeting ICP, optimizing spend, and reporting results.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, asset checklists, and channel rollout from launch to post‑campaign analysis.
- Govern budgets, tracking discipline, and provide ongoing optimization feedback loops with Sales.
- Produce performance reports, post‑campaign summaries, and actionable recommendations linking marketing activity to pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
Required Skills:
- Proven content pipeline management with SMEs and external contractors.
- Strong event management experience (sponsored and attended).
- Working knowledge of paid digital channels and MQL funnel mechanics.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM/marketing automation and CMS platforms.
- Data‑driven mindset: UTM usage, attribution, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management.
- Budget oversight and cost‑tracking.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7‑10 years of progressive marketing experience; industrial/energy/technical services background is an asset.
