Job Title: Digital and AI Transformation Consultant
Role Summary:
Partner with executive leaders to design, champion, and execute digital and AI transformation programs that deliver measurable business value. Act at the nexus of strategy, product development, change management, and technology delivery, guiding cross‑functional teams from discovery through adoption and embedding new operating models.
Expactations:
- Deliver measurable value through well‑scoped AI‑enabled products and services.
- Influence C‑suite decision‑makers and secure stakeholder alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement and capability building across client organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify high‑impact digital and AI opportunities aligned to client strategy.
- Define AI‑enabled products, services, and operating models; build value cases, roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Lead multidisciplinary delivery across product, engineering, data, and change teams.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and problem‑framing workshops.
- Advise on change management, workforce enablement, and capability building.
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, adjust approaches, and ensure outcomes align with business goals.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams for technical solution design.
- Continuously refine transformation methodologies based on emerging AI capabilities.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience leading digital, data, or AI transformation in consultancy or large enterprise settings.
- Deep knowledge of AI capabilities, limitations, and real‑world applications.
- Track record of developing business cases, roadmaps, and delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder programs.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the C‑suite level.
- Technical fluency to challenge and shape engineering and data solutions.
- Familiarity with change management, adoption strategies, and operating model design.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, AI or data science certifications, Change Management) preferred.
- Ongoing professional development in AI, digital strategy, and transformation methodologies.
