Digital Futures is seeking a Digital and AI Transformation Consultant. In their role, they will partner with senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver digital and AI transformation programmes that create measurable business value. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, change and technology delivery.

Key responsibilities

Work with executives and business leaders to identify high‑impact digital and AI opportunities aligned to strategic objectives.
Lead the definition of AI-enabled products, services and operating models, including value cases, roadmaps and success measures.
Shape and oversee multi‑disciplinary delivery across product, engineering, data and change teams to realise agreed outcomes.
Facilitate workshops and discovery activities to frame problems, explore solutions and build stakeholder alignment.
Support clients with change management, workforce enablement and capability building to embed new ways of working.
Provide thought leadership on digital and AI trends, risks and opportunities in client industries.

Skills & experience

Significant experience leading digital, data or AI transformation initiatives in a consultancy or large enterprise.
Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations and how they can be applied to real business problems.
Proven track record in shaping business cases, defining roadmaps and delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes.
Comfortable engaging at C‑suite level and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience working closely with product, engineering and data teams, with enough technical fluency to challenge and shape solutions.
Familiarity with change management, adoption and operating model design.
