**Job Title:** Digital Marketer
**Role Summary:**
Creative and results‑driven professional responsible for managing and optimizing Holcim Roofing EMEA’s digital presence. Executes social media, email, and website initiatives, supports marketing automation, and analyzes performance to drive engagement, lead nurturing, and digital growth.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver compelling, on‑brand digital content across multiple channels.
- Apply analytical thinking to monitor, report, and improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (design, development, external partners) to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain up‑to‑date website content and user experience.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Keep website content current, optimize UX, and manage landing/ campaign pages.
- Plan, create, schedule, and monitor social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotions; segment lists and conduct A/B testing.
- Support the design and rollout of digital marketing campaigns; track metrics using analytics tools and produce performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance digital marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and external vendors on digital projects.
**Required Skills:**
- Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- SEO fundamentals and digital advertising (Google Ads, paid social).
- CMS experience (Drupal or similar).
- Familiarity with marketing automation workflows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 + years of professional experience in digital marketing or a comparable role.
- (Optional) Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms are advantageous.
