Job Description: **Job Title:** Digital IT Project Manager **Role Summary:** Manage digital project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with technical and operational goals. **Expectations:** Minimum 8 years in IT/IT systems management, 3-5 years in project leadership for digital delivery. Strong sector experience preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute, and deliver digital initiatives within scope, budget, and timelines. - Lead technical and business teams (development, architecture, security, business stakeholders). - Oversee Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies in squads and monitor delivery performance metrics (progress, quality, risk). - Coordinate IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. - Drive process improvement for digital project delivery frameworks. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Kanban and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of application architecture, APIs, web services, microservices, and integration. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools. - Ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams. - Strong analytical and risk management skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or information systems (Bac+5 or equivalent). - No specific certifications required; Agile or IT project management credentials may be advantageous.
