Job Description: **Job Title** Field Sales Representative – South Devon (Self‑Employed) **Role Summary** Independent, commission‑only sales professional responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new customers for a full‑compliance first‑aid solution, including on‑site assessments, equipment supply, and a QR‑code incident reporting application. **Expectations** - Operate fully autonomous, managing schedule and territory coverage. - Drive new business acquisition and sustain sales pipeline. - Maintain professionalism in all client interactions. - Utilize own transportation to cover the defined area. - Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets with no salary base. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and approach businesses across various industries (offices, warehouses, gyms, retail, etc.) within the 30‑mile radius. - Conduct on‑site presentations of the full‑compliance service and demo the digital reporting app. - Secure initial audits and equipment orders and refer leads to the technician team. - Manage client relationships, follow‑up, and renewals. - Track sales activities and commission metrics in the company CRM. **Required Skills** - Proven sales “hunter” mindset with strong self‑motivation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Time‑management and organizational skills for territory planning. - Comfortable using digital tools and quick learning of new apps. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). - No mandatory certifications required; experience in sales, preferably B2B, is valued.
