Job Description

**Job Title:** Machine Learning Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and operationalize machine learning models for a high‑volume programmatic advertising platform. Collaborate closely with data scientists, product, engineering, and analytics teams to predict user responses, forecast bid landscapes, and detect fraud, ensuring models are production‑ready and continuously improved. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end ML solutions that meet business objectives. - Maintain model performance through rigorous testing, documentation, and reproducibility practices. - Communicate findings and model insights effectively to non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and train predictive models (regression, classification, clustering) using large-scale advertising data. - Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines (Spark, SQL) for feature engineering and model training. - Integrate models into production workflows via gRPC/REST endpoints or streaming services (Kafka/Flink). - Evaluate the impact of new data sources and features on model accuracy and stability. - Experiment with and validate emerging ML techniques, tools, and infrastructure. - Document experiments, assumptions, and results to support reproducibility. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑Learn). - Experience with big‑data technologies (Spark, Kafka). - Strong foundation in probability, statistics, regression, classification, and clustering. - Ability to design and implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field. - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, or data analysis.
