About the Company

Pivotor AI, is a conversational career discovery platform. Every system built to connect talent to opportunity learned to read resumes, not people.

Have a conversation with Pivotor about the work you have actually done, and it finds roles you did not know were within reach, connects you to relevant opportunities, and maps the shortest path and estimated time to make the move.

Unlike generic AI, Pivotor is personal. It remembers you, learns your context, and factors in the realities that shape every career move, from ambition to commute to timing.

On the hiring side, tell Pivotor the capability you need, and it finds the person behind it, not just the keyword, title, or polished resume.

We are starting in healthcare.
We are building the intelligence layer for human capability in the age of AI.
