Job Description
**Job title:** Senior Global Partnerships Manager **Role Summary:** Drive and scale Figment’s global partner ecosystem to generate measurable staking revenue. Own partner revenue outcomes, optimize integration with custodial and wallet partners, and align with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate growth. **Expectations:** - Own partner‑sourced pipeline, ARR, and staking volume metrics; set and report quarterly goals. - Deliver high‑impact revenue from partner channels across all regions. - Lead executive discussions and cross‑functional coordination to remove friction in deals and integrations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute partner revenue strategies for both direct‑sourced and partner‑led channels. - Lead joint revenue plans, commercial agreements, and co‑marketing/co‑selling activities with key custodians and wallet providers. - Manage Salesforce partner hygiene, tagging, and ROI dashboards in collaboration with RevOps and Finance. - Standardize operating rhythms, governance, and best practices across regions. - Deliver quarterly business reviews and ROI reporting to justify partner investments. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years in B2B partnerships, channel management, or revenue‑focused program leadership. - Proven track record of driving partner‑generated revenue, pipeline quality, and deal velocity. - Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard skills (Salesforce, at least). - Experience in digital assets, institutional custody, wallets, or blockchain infrastructure preferred. - Executive‑level communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional coordination. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No mandatory certifications required; domain knowledge of blockchain or finance is preferred.
