Job Description
**Job Title:** Human Resources Generalist **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive HR support in a high‑tech environment, with a focus on benefit enrollment, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and administrative functions. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate and timely HR services across all functions. - Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all HR activities. - Operate independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. - Stay current with labor laws and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage full‑cycle recruitment: posting, screening, sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates. - Facilitate onboarding and offboarding for employees and interns, ensuring compliance with policies. - Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS. - Administer employee benefits and wellness programs. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events. - Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits. - Organize training sessions and track participation. - Support performance review processes and documentation. - Compile HR reports and analytics. - Perform general administrative tasks as needed. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - High level of discretion and confidentiality. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR, Greenhouse, etc.) – preferred. - Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. - 0–5 years of HR or administrative experience (internship acceptable). - Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. ---
