**Job title** Digital Marketing Intern **Role Summary** Support the Marketing & Commercial division by producing content for digital products, maintaining the company website, collecting and synthesizing customer feedback, designing customer personas and journeys, and assisting with event planning and production. **Expactations** - Create clear, engaging marketing materials (FAQs, product sheets, sales decks). - Keep website content accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with brand guidelines. - Develop, distribute, and analyse customer satisfaction surveys. - Facilitate workshops to build personas and map customer journeys. - Coordinate event logistics and generate related communication assets. **Key Responsibilities** - Produce written content for service offerings (FAQs, product sheets, sales collateral). - Design, upload, and update website pages using the company CMS. - Build and distribute satisfaction surveys, gather data, and prepare concise insights reports. - Lead atelier sessions for persona creation and customer journey mapping. - Assist in planning and executing events (forums, webinars, communication kits). - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and UX quality. **Required Skills** - Strong written and verbal communication in English (French proficiency a plus). - Proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, and UX tools (persona, customer journey map). - Ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable content. - Team‑oriented mindset, ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. - Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and customer analytics. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s or MBA degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Communication, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in UX design, digital content creation, or marketing analytics are a plus.
