Job Title: Management Consulting Intern (F/M) Role Summary: Internally focused consultant supporting managers and senior consultants in project delivery across operational excellence, risk management, technology innovation, transformation, and sustainability consulting. Works on complex product development projects, contributing to end‑to‑end client solutions and data‑driven improvement initiatives. Expectations: * Final year or recent graduate with a master’s in Engineering, Business, or equivalent (Bac+5). * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Proven analytical and synthesis skills. * Adaptability to diverse client contexts and quick learning. * B2–C1 level English proficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing consulting projects with managers and partners. * Identify client needs and design implementation of new tools, methodologies, and processes. * Facilitate transformation workshops and sessions. * Conduct stakeholder interviews, collect data, and prepare concise syntheses. * Analyze complex data sets to support decision‑making. * Collaborate with cross‑functional consulting teams and senior leadership. Required Skills: * Project coordination and stakeholder engagement. * Workshop facilitation and presentation. * Data analysis (Excel, basic statistical tools). * Written and verbal communication in French and English. * Critical thinking, problem solving, and structured approach.
