**Job Title**
IT Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and maintain the group’s information technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and support for users across multiple sites. Own the planning, execution, and governance of IT projects and strategic initiatives while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
**Expectations**
- Deliver secure, scalable, and highly available IT services.
- Provide proactive support and rapid incident resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and user experience.
- Contribute to IT strategy alignment with business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide daily user support, incident tracking, and resolution.
- Oversee network, server, cloud, and workstation infrastructure; ensure capacity, performance, and uptime.
- Manage hardware/software procurement, licensing, and asset lifecycle.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity controls, vulnerability testing, and incident response plans.
- Maintain business continuity and disaster‑recovery procedures.
- Lead IT projects (ERP, CRM, BI, automation, AI) – scope, coordinate teams, manage timelines, and guarantee production readiness.
- Align IT governance, policies, and standards across entities.
- Monitor regulatory compliance (GDPR, sector norms).
- Advise business units on technology needs and road‑map.
- Participate in budgeting and cost‑control.
**Required Skills**
- Strong knowledge of network, systems, and cloud environments.
- Expertise in cybersecurity and related standards.
- Experience with ERP/CRM and SaaS solutions.
- Proficiency in IT service management and ITIL frameworks.
- Project management, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Ability to train and mentor both technical and non‑technical staff.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of IT management experience in a multi‑site SME environment, preferably as IT Manager, System/Network Administrator, or equivalent.
- Project management experience considered an asset.
