**Job Title:** Intern, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence **Role Summary:** Support project execution in data science, AI, and analytics to address client and internal business challenges. Apply analytical and technical skills to develop data-driven solutions across diverse industries. **Expectations:** - Undergraduate student in final stages of degree program (3rd year of 4-year or 4th year of 5-year program, expected graduation Spring 2027). - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. - Availability for summer internship (June 1–August 7, 2026), with preference given to candidates based in the Chicago office. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement machine learning models, AI systems, and data architectures for client projects. - Design data visualization solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau. - Collaborate with cross-industry teams to analyze data, optimize workflows, and deliver actionable insights. - Support application development and automation initiatives leveraging generative AI. - Translate business objectives into technical requirements and deliverables. **Required Skills:** - Hands-on experience with Agentic/Generative AI systems and inference methods (e.g., Strands SDK). - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Knowledge of machine learning principles (classification, clustering, feature engineering, model evaluation). - Demonstration of logical, analytical, and data-driven problem-solving. - Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary team environments. - Proven interest in data science and analytics through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current undergraduate student (3.0 cumulative GPA minimum). - Declared major in Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent. - No certifications required.
