Job Description
**Job title:** Assistant RH H/F **Role Summary:** Support the complete personnel administration cycle and payroll processing for a multi‑site organization. Provide a reliable point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring compliance with French labor law and accurate payroll execution. **Expactations:** - Deliver administrative and payroll functions autonomously for a 10‑month maternity leave replacement. - Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. - Actively contribute to process improvement and regulatory monitoring. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage hiring, contracts, amendments, and employee file upkeep. - Track and document absences, maternity leave, accidents, and holidays. - Update personnel records and HR tracking tools. - Verify legal compliance of documents and obligations. - Serve as first‑line HR liaison for staff and managers on administrative matters. - Prepare and input variable payroll items; assist in payroll control and close. - Execute post‑payroll procedures, including final settlement calculations. - Respond to employee queries regarding payroll and social law. - Monitor legal and social developments; support process optimization. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3 years in HR and payroll with autonomous handling of routine administrative tasks. - Proficiency in payroll software (Sage Paie preferred) and reporting tools. - Strong knowledge of French labor law and social security obligations. - Excellent organizational, prioritisation, and confidentiality skills. - Effective interpersonal and customer‑service orientation. - Accurate written communication and orthography. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Certified payroll or HR professional credential (e.g., PPM, SHRM‑CP) preferred but not mandatory.
