Job Description
Job title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinates marketing initiatives and sales activities to generate leads and support revenue growth. Manages digital social media, advertising campaigns, and customer communication to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition. Expactations: - Deliver regular, high‑quality social media content and multimedia assets. - Execute targeted advertising and sales campaigns to attract new and existing leads. - Maintain an accurate pipeline and database of prospects and suppliers. - Provide prompt, professional customer support and follow‑up. Key Responsibilities: - Create and publish daily social media posts, videos, reels, and short‑form content across platforms. - Develop before‑and‑after imagery to showcase completed work. - Use social media algorithms and analytics to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation. - Design and manage digital advertising campaigns targeting new leads. - Plan and implement sales campaigns, including outbound calls and cold outreach. - Track leads, conduct follow‑up sales pitches, and coordinate meetings with sales team. - Respond to customer inquiries, emails, and calls; enter and maintain accurate customer and supplier data. - Expand the customer and supplier database by identifying new contacts and opportunities. - Support sales colleagues in arranging calls, follow‑ups, and meeting scheduling. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication. - Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and content creation tools. - Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). - Basic sales techniques: cold calling, pipeline management, and lead conversion. - Data entry and CRM proficiency. - Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. - Certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) advantageous.
