Job Description
**Job Title:** AI Automation Intern, Private Markets **Role Summary:** Short‑term (3 months) internship focused on designing and documenting AI‑enabled business processes for a sustainability‑focused private debt firm. The intern will assess current workflows, identify automation opportunities, evaluate AI tools, and deliver a process blueprint with a prioritized implementation roadmap. **Expectations:** - Complete in‑depth workflow mapping and documentation across four firm focus areas. - Design and recommend AI integrations for tasks such as data extraction, investor reporting drafts, pipeline screening, and marketing content. - Produce a clear, prioritized roadmap for technology adoption within the organization. - Contribute to due diligence, investment reporting, and business development activities. - Demonstrate entrepreneurial initiative, critical thinking, and strong communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Participate in due‑diligence process and prepare investment reports and presentations. 2. Map and document current workflows, highlighting inefficiencies. 3. Identify concrete AI use cases for automation. 4. Test and benchmark selected AI tools against existing workflows, evaluating fit, accuracy, and integration ease. 5. Recommend redesigned workflows with defined roles, hand‑offs, and quality controls. 6. Deliver a prioritized implementation roadmap for technology adoption. 7. Support business development, including qualifying and evaluating potential investment targets. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking. - Strong process‑mapping and documentation abilities. - Practical experience or strong interest in AI productivity tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Perplexity, Superhuman, etc.) and evaluation of their business applications. - Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and teamwork capability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Undergraduate in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field. - Enrollment with graduation in Spring 2027 or graduated within the past 12 months. ---
