Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager Role Summary: Lead the full lifecycle delivery of enterprise IT initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Expectations: - Deliver multiple concurrent IT projects successfully. - Maintain enterprise project governance and quality standards. - Effectively manage vendor relationships and cross‑functional teams. - Provide transparent progress reporting and timely escalation of risks or issues. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, scope, schedule, budget, and track project deliverables. - Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and reporting processes. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. - Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and OCM partners for project alignment. - Assign roles, oversee deliverables, and maintain project documentation. - Manage external vendors and third‑party solution providers. - Track benefits realization and confirm outcome delivery. - Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, governance, and best practices. Required Skills: - ≥7 years of IT project management experience. - Proven vendor management and cross‑functional team leadership. - Proficiency in predictive, Agile, and hybrid methodology execution. - Strong planning, budgeting, and resource management abilities. - Advanced written communication and documentation skills. - Proficient with project management software and reporting tools. - Effective stakeholder engagement and leadership. - Experience with SaaS or cloud solution implementations (asset). Required Education & Certifications: - Project Management certification (PMP preferred). - Minimum of 7 years of vendor management and cross‑functional project team experience.
