Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive Role Summary: Contract sales role focused on managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and meeting sales targets within fleet solutions. Expectations: * Complete a 6‑month fixed contract. * Achieve agreed sales quotas. * Maintain high customer service standards and comply with GDPR and TCF guidelines. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored sales presentations. * Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet quarterly targets. * Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries; investigate and resolve complex client queries. * Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date client information in the CRM. * Meet service‑level agreements and stay on top of workload priorities. Required Skills: * Proven experience in sales, account management, and client relationship building. * Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. * Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and propose solutions. * Self‑motivated, proactive, and goal‑driven. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Knowledge of fleet management, vehicle logistics, or funding processes is an advantage. Required Education & Certifications: * Undergraduate degree (any discipline) or equivalent work experience. * No mandatory certifications. * Full UK driving licence preferred.
