Role Description

CLM Fleet Management is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive for a full-time, 6-month fixed contract, on-site role based in Newport Pagnell. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships.

As an Account Executive at CLM, you will deliver excellent customer service and establish close working relationships with the client base.

Answering and handling phone calls, email enquiries from customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders. Responsible for investigating complex customer queries that have been received via any channel into the department. Supporting with any queries and account management tasks effectively in line with GDPR, whilst adhering to deadlines. This is a varied and interesting role.

Keeping high quality standards and treating customers fairly (TCF), achieving team SLA’s whilst managing own workload and any other assigned tasks within a day. Practices TCF and ensures customers receive a great journey when communicating with the Customer Services Department via any communication channel.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, account management, and client relationship building
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to analyse client needs and innovate solutions to meet business objectives
Knowledge of fleet management solutions, vehicle logistics, and funding processes is a plus
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven with the capability to meet company targets
Full UK driving license preferred
