**Job Title**: Personal Assistant **Role Summary**: Provide executive support to multiple partners in a high‑pace communications consultancy, managing calendars, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and event planning to ensure partners operate efficiently and at peak performance. **Expectations**: - Deliver discreet, high‑quality support to partners. - Maintain partner productivity through effective scheduling and workload balancing. - Meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and uphold a five‑star service standard. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage partner diaries: schedule appointments, check for conflicts, book meeting rooms, coordinate dial‑in and video conferencing details. - Liaise with other personal assistants and administrative staff to arrange or reschedule meetings. - Plan and arrange travel and entertainment, including overseas trips and client events. - Support client event planning: prepare key documents and presentations, handle logistics. - Build strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders to deliver consistent, high‑level service. - Work collaboratively with reception, internal teams, and external client teams to ensure clear communication and coordination. **Required Skills**: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting multiple stakeholders. - Strong organizational, time‑management, and project‑management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and handle confidential information. - Comfortable in a fast‑paced corporate environment, juggling multiple demands simultaneously. **Required Education & Certifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent; preference for candidates with relevant corporate PA experience. - No specific certifications required.
