We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team, who will have the remit of looking after several of our Partners. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business. You’ll ensure our Partners operate at their best — with seamless scheduling, smooth logistics and exceptional stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

Providing dedicated Personal Assistant support, including:

Diary management, ensuring Partner schedules run like clockwork. Responsibilities include checking for clashes, booking meeting rooms, coordinating dial-in details, or video conferencing details and coordinating Partners’ workloads and personal schedules to suit the needs of the agency.
Liaising with Personal Assistants and administrative assistants (or equivalent) on client teams to schedule or rearrange meetings.
Travel and entertaining arrangements – events, meetings, overseas trips, etc.
Helping to plan and arrange client events, supporting with production of key documents and presentations, and wider logistics.
Building strong working relationships with Partners and key stakeholders, ensuring a five-star level of service is delivered consistently.
Working collaboratively with our reception team, internal teams and external client teams, to ensure join-up and strong communication at all times.

Essential skills and experience

Experience working as a Personal Assistant, or a role with similar responsibilities, for multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, corporate setting with the ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously.
Good organisation, time management, and project management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
