Job Description
**Job Title** Inbound and Trade Sales Manager **Role Summary** Lead the development and execution of inbound tourism, travel trade, and local community sales across UK venues. Own revenue performance, build strategic partnerships, and position the brand as a destination for international and local groups. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable revenue growth through partnership and program expansion. - Forecast and track KPIs for inbound, trade, and community channels. - Manage contracts, pricing, and account processes. - Represent the brand at trade shows, expos, and community forums. - Support new venue launches with inbound and community engagement strategies. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and implement inbound tourism, travel trade, and community partnership strategy aligned with growth objectives. 2. Own revenue performance: forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting. 3. Build and manage relationships with tour operators, DMCs, group organisers, ticket intermediaries, hotels, and tourism stakeholders. 4. Drive structured school programmes, youth/grassroots partnerships, and recurring local group bookings. 5. Create revenue‑generating events (tournaments, club nights, holiday camps, themed activations). 6. Establish pricing frameworks, contracting standards, and account management processes. 7. Collaborate with Venue General Managers to align outreach with venue targets and peak trading periods. 8. Convert community/local relationships into corporate bookings and private hires. 9. Represent the brand at trade shows, tourism expos, networking events, and community forums. 10. Develop scalable CRM, reporting tools, and systems to support growth. 11. Support new venue openings with pre‑launch inbound and community strategies. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in inbound tourism, travel trade sales, attractions, hospitality, or experiential leisure. - Strong commercial acumen and track record of revenue growth. - Established network in UK and international travel trade markets (preferred). - Negotiation, stakeholder management, and external brand ambassadorship. - Ability to convert partnerships into recurring revenue streams. - Experience building relationships with schools, grassroots clubs, local businesses, hotels, and tourism partners. - Highly organized, data‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑scaling environment. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. - Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or tourism management are an advantage.
