About the Company

M3 was formed in 2004 by experienced practitioners to provide a unique combination of expertise in social housing, surveying and software design.

Since then, the business has grown substantially by providing excellent products and reliable services at reasonable cost.

M3 services the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF), which focuses on advising maintenance practitioners on good practice. M3 also organises the NHMF maintenance conference: the biggest of its kind in the UK.

Since 2009 M3 has provided schedules and diagnostics for corporate offices and other buildings. Many of our schedules are implemented by our partners, Rand Associates.

**Job Title** Marketing Executive **Role Summary** Assist the Head of Marketing in planning, executing, and measuring multi‑channel marketing campaigns. Support event planning and promotion, create and coordinate marketing collateral, and maintain brand consistency across all activities. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial results. - Coordinate events, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars to ensure timely execution and effective promotion. - Track and report on performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to data‑driven decision making. **Key Responsibilities** *Campaign Delivery & Measurement* - Plan and execute digital, email, and offline campaigns, meeting deadlines and objectives. - Track performance (engagement, enquiries) and maintain campaign trackers and dashboards. - Analyze results and propose optimizations. *Event Support* - Organize logistics, materials, and timelines for events, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars. - Promote events through digital campaigns and email marketing. - Manage post‑event follow‑up and performance reporting. *Marketing Support* - Create and coordinate digital and print marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency. - Update website content, manage email campaigns, and support paid advertising activities (e.g., LinkedIn Ads). - Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver marketing assets. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in marketing campaign execution across digital, email, and offline channels. - Familiarity with paid advertising, especially LinkedIn Ads. - Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing tools. - Strong analytical skills: ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proactive mindset, ownership of tasks, and collaboration across teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads) preferred.
