Marketing Executive
**Role Summary**
Assist the Head of Marketing in planning, executing, and measuring multi‑channel marketing campaigns. Support event planning and promotion, create and coordinate marketing collateral, and maintain brand consistency across all activities.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial results.
- Coordinate events, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars to ensure timely execution and effective promotion.
- Track and report on performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to data‑driven decision making.
**Key Responsibilities**
*Campaign Delivery & Measurement*
- Plan and execute digital, email, and offline campaigns, meeting deadlines and objectives.
- Track performance (engagement, enquiries) and maintain campaign trackers and dashboards.
- Analyze results and propose optimizations.
*Event Support*
- Organize logistics, materials, and timelines for events, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars.
- Promote events through digital campaigns and email marketing.
- Manage post‑event follow‑up and performance reporting.
*Marketing Support*
- Create and coordinate digital and print marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Update website content, manage email campaigns, and support paid advertising activities (e.g., LinkedIn Ads).
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver marketing assets.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in marketing campaign execution across digital, email, and offline channels.
- Familiarity with paid advertising, especially LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset, ownership of tasks, and collaboration across teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads) preferred.
