Marketing Executive
Mitcham, South London (Hybrid / Flexible Working)
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum

Housing Software (HS) is a growing and innovative company based in Mitcham, South London. We develop software primarily for the Social Housing sector and provide support services for our partner organisation.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to support the delivery of campaigns, events, and marketing activity across the business.
The Role
This role focuses on campaign delivery, coordination, and performance measurement. You will support the Head of Marketing in executing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial outcomes.
You will also play a key role in supporting events, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars, ensuring they are well organised, effectively promoted, and followed up.
We support flexible working, including flexible hours and remote working. The role may require occasional travel for events, meetings, and training, including some overnight stays.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Delivery & Measurement
• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, email, and offline channels
• Coordinate campaign activity to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
• Track and report on campaign performance, including engagement and enquiries
• Maintain campaign trackers and reporting dashboards
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and results
Event Support
• Assist in organising and delivering events, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars
• Support event promotion through digital campaigns and email marketing
• Coordinate event materials, logistics, and timelines
• Support post-event follow-up and performance reporting
Marketing Support
• Assist with the creation and coordination of marketing materials (digital and print)
• Support website updates, email campaigns, and paid advertising activity
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activity
What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience
• Proven experience supporting and delivering marketing campaigns
• Experience with paid advertising, particularly LinkedIn Ads
• Ability to track, analyse, and report on marketing performance
• Experience supporting events, exhibitions, or sponsorship activity
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with confidence to take ownership of tasks
