Marketing Executive
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000
Hours: On-site | Monday–Thursday 9:00–17:30, Friday 9:00–16:30

Overview
We’re seeking a confident, creative, and motivated Marketing Executive to join a fast-paced, commercially driven team. This role offers the chance to shape impactful marketing campaigns across the business portfolio.
You’ll work closely with the sales function, helping them generate interest within their existing database while driving brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning
Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for property launches (email, social, WhatsApp, website, brochures)
Support pre-launch and launch activity including asset creation, content development, and designer coordination
Manage project timelines to ensure campaigns go live as scheduled
Assist with microsites, landing pages, and website updates (WordPress & Squarespace)
Create and schedule daily social media content to maintain brand visibility
Write and design marketing emails (Mailchimp)
Develop brochures, spec sheets, investment guides and sales collateral alongside a freelance designer
Ensure all content aligns with the updated brand tone and positioning
Coordinate video content and arrange site filming when necessary
Collaborate with internal sales teams and external agents to provide marketing support
Assist with database segmentation and list creation
Update Salesforce as needed to ensure accurate lead tracking
Support incentive campaigns and re-sends
Manage email builds, scheduling, and campaign performance tracking
Segment data for targeted marketing activity
Monitor campaign data and provide insight where helpful
Manage day‑to‑day posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Support planning for longer-term social and content calendars
Assist with brand launches for associated businesses
Liaise with freelance designers and external suppliers
Support event materials and branded merchandise production
Who We’re Looking For
2–4 years’ experience in a marketing role
Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign execution
Confident email marketer with experience building and scheduling campaigns
Excellent copywriting ability with strong attention to detail
Experience managing social media for a brand
Comfortable working closely with sales teams in a commercially driven environment
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently
Strong relationship builder across teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, Adobe, and Microsoft Office
UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Desirable Skills
Experience marketing to international or overseas audiences
Background in luxury property or lifestyle sectors
Basic design and CRM skills
Video editing knowledge
Understanding of AI and how it can support marketing activity
