Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator Role Summary: Support end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities for a global engineering organization across the Americas, including onboarding, HRIS data management, recruitment coordination, and compliance. Initially a maternity leave cover, high performers may be offered a longer‑term role. Expatations: - Deliver timely onboarding, documentation, and system setup for new hires. - Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in Oracle HRIS or equivalent. - Facilitate recruitment processes, including compliance with background checks and pre‑employment requirements. - Support HR reporting, administrative projects, and employee engagement initiatives. - Ensure all processes align with employment regulations and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate new employee onboarding: documentation, orientation scheduling, HR system onboarding. - Update and manage employee records in Oracle HRIS (or similar). - Support recruiting: coordinate background checks, references, and pre‑employment documentation. - Prepare employment letters, change documentation, offboarding paperwork. - Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies. - Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across HR systems. - Assist with HR reporting, administrative projects. - Partner with HR, IT, and operations to streamline employee lifecycle. - Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs. Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years HR experience in operations or coordination. - Proficiency with Oracle HRIS or comparable HRIS platforms. - Experience with new hire onboarding and employee documentation. - Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills. - Ability to work independently and in a hybrid office/remote setting. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP) preferred but not mandatory.
