Job Title: AI Software Engineer Associate Manager Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and delivery of next‑generation digital products that embed Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI. Manage a global engineering team, drive architectural excellence, and ensure scalable, secure, cloud‑native solutions on AWS and Azure. Expectations: Own end‑to‑end product success, deliver on key performance indicators, mentor engineering talent, maintain high code quality, and act as a subject‑matter expert in AI, LLM fine‑tuning, and cloud integration.
